Certificate courses will be started to improve skills of the students

In light of the ongoing accreditation process in the Government colleges the state government has decided to grant permission for 5 such value Added courses of 30 hours durations to the Government colleges ( as per list attached ) with the conditions that :- 1' These courses will be taught by the regutar faculty members posted in different faculties in the Government Colleges. 2' Each Value Added Course witl be a "Certificate Course" and will be of 30 hours durations. 3' Under these courses in a given sernester at least 1/2 batches of around 50 students each shall be enrolled for each such Ceftificate course. on successful completion of f the course i.e., the student has more than 80% attendance in such course and after examination the "Certificate" shall be awarded on the recommendation of the concerned College Principal, the committee at the individual College level and the teacher in-charge who has/have taught the course by the Department of Higher Education, Haryana . 4. An MIS will be maintained at HQ for students attendance which will be updated by the Principal concerned. 5. In first phase the final year students/ passing out students may be enrolled by all the colleges w.e.f the iacademic session 2020-21 6. The selected teachers who will be teaching these courses will be provided on line training from the experts from Ashoka University and G.D. Goenka University. 7. The certified course curriculum of 30 hours durations for each of these Value Added courses is being sent to the college separately through email.
