Extension Lecture on 'Benefit of Yoga for PCOD/PCOS' under women cell

An extension lecture on the topic of ‘ Benefit of yoga for PCOD/PCOS was organised under women cell for the benefit of girl students on 04/10/2022 by Ms .Bharti Dudeja.(yoga expert) She talked about various asanas which will help in a maintaining harmonal balance in girls and helps to deal with the problem of PCOD / PCOS faced by them . Ms. Bharti gave demonstration of various asanas to the girls which made her lecture more educative.
